- Subscription: Billing details are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV or other sensitive payment details on our servers. We store your Stripe customer ID for subscription management.
- Telegram linking: If you connect Telegram, we store your Telegram chat ID and username to deliver tips.
- Communications: Any information you provide when contacting us via email or other channels.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type and version, operating system
- Pages visited, time spent, and navigation patterns
- Device information and screen resolution
- Referral source and search terms
We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymised usage statistics.
3.3 Information from third parties
- Stripe: Subscription status, payment success/failure, and customer metadata.
- Racing and sporting authorities: Publicly available racing fields, results, and statistics.

Your data is stored on secure infrastructure provided by Supabase (hosted on AWS) and Railway, with servers located across multiple jurisdictions. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including:

- Passwords hashed using bcrypt with strong salt rounds
- Role-based access controls for administrative functions
- Regular security reviews and updates
While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data retention
- Active accounts: Your data is retained for the duration of your account.
- Cancelled subscriptions: Account data is retained for 12 months after cancellation, then deleted.
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years to comply with Australian tax obligations.
- Banned users: Email addresses of banned users are retained permanently to prevent re-registration.
You may request earlier deletion by contacting us (see Section 11).
